“Am I good enough?” was always the question for Amelia Coffman. She seemed to start college a healthy and happy young woman, but within a year, she was so involved in anorexia and bulimia that she was fighting for her life. She spent years living in and out of eating disorder hospitals, and after many relapses, doctors began to question whether she would ever recover.
The momentum for Enoughness is based in the contents of over twenty journals she filled over those years, giving Enoughness a raw emotional feel that connects with something deep inside us all. As eating disorders become an increasingly prominent part of our culture, Enoughness offers a crucial story of hope, recovery, and authentic freedom.
